Amenities 
Free Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, shampoo and hand soap are provided. On the main floor, our guests have access to a large laundry room ($) and a common kitchen area with stovetops and microwaves (kitchenware not included). Each room is equipped with high-speed internet. 

Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and must be paid for on site on check-in. A parking machine is located in the lobby of the 90 University residence. 

Conditions 

Minimum age required to book and stay in this residence: 18.  The rate is for up to four people per unit and includes taxes.  The full amount must be paid at time of reservation, with online payment by Visa or Mastercard.  You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. No reimbursements will be made after this time.  Please note that reimbursements will be processed through the original credit card and may take up to four weeks from the date the cancellation is requested. For changes or cancellation, email us at reserve@uOttawa.ca.

Rideau residence is located at 290 Rideau Street, at the corner of King Edward Avenue, a 10 to 15 minute walk from campus and conveniently located near many tourist attractions in the downtown and Byward Market area.  Please note that parking is not included in your reservation, and the parking lot adjacent to our building is not managed by the University.
