    Parking 

    Rideau residence is located at 290 Rideau Street, at the corner of King Edward Avenue, a 10 to 15 minute walk from campus and conveniently located near many tourist attractions in the downtown and Byward Market area.  Please note that parking is not included in your reservation, and the parking lot adjacent to our building is not managed by the University. You are responsible for making your own parking arrangements. You will find more information on the City of Ottawa's website Municipal lots and on-street parking | City of Ottawa . 

    Conditions 
    Minimum age required to book and stay in this residence: 18.  The rate is for up to t people per unit and includes taxes.  The full amount must be paid at time of reservation, with online payment by Visa or Mastercard.  You can cancel your reservation free of charge 48 hours  before your scheduled arrival date.  No reimbursements will be made after this time.  Please note that reimbursements will be processed through the original credit card and may take up to four weeks from the date the cancellation has been requested.  For changes or cancellation, email us at reserve@uOttawa.ca.

    At Henderson Residence, our air-conditioned units include two double rooms, connected to one another via a private washroom with shower.  Each bedroom has a double bed, a desk and chair, and an armoire.

    Each floor has a shared lounge and full kitchen facilities that include a microwave, an oven, and a fridge.

    Henderson residence is conveniently located near the University’s Sports Complex at the south end of campus. 

    Amenities
    Towels, bed linen, shampoo, and hand soap are provided.  Each room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connectivity.

    Please note that our Henderson residence does not have on-site parking.

    The closest parking at the University of Ottawa is located at 33 Mann Street. From Monday to Friday, parking spaces are limited, as permit holders have priority.
